How do you organize your daily schedule?

I organize my daily schedule by planning my day in advance using google workspace calendar and my phone alarm. Every morning, I make a list of the tasks I need to accomplish and arrange them according to their importance and sometimes, I make my list ahead of time if I had planned it, setting my alarm as reminder also.

I always set my focus on completing the most important tasks first. I also divide my day into sections for work, learning, personal activities, and rest.

To stay organized, I use google workspace to set up my to-do list at the time each is schedule to take place, because it will always pop up on my screen and so it's easy to remember and with the help of my alarm, I get them done on time. Although not all days are occupied, I try to leave some days for unexpected situations because not everyday goes as planned.

At the end of the day, I take a look at what I have accomplished and prepare a rough plan for the next day. This habit helps me stay productive and reduce stress because once I hit my target, I take a rest.

What is the most important activity in your day that takes up the most of your time and is also essential?

The most important activity in my day is working on some personal tasks that contribute to my growth and future goals... Task like: studying, writing, blogging, improving my skills (cooking, baking, makeup, crocheting etc...), and completing some projects. These activities take up most of my time because they help me improve myself and prepare for future opportunities.

I believe investing time in learning and self-development is essential because knowledge and skills can open doors to success. Even when I am busy, I try to put more time to activities that help me grow intellectually and professionally. Some days it may be reading, researching, practicing a skill, or working on creative projects.

Although these activities are not so easy to accomplish, they require dedication and concentration. Even though they are worth the effort because they contribute to my long-term development. By consistently spending time on meaningful work, I am able to make progress toward my goals and become a better version of myself each day.

What is the technique that saves you time?

One technique that saves me a lot of time is planning ahead. Now, before starting my day, I first of all identify the most important tasks and place them in the early hours while I focus on completing them one at a time. This prevents confusion and helps me avoid wasting time deciding on what next to do.

Another helpful technique is minimizing distractions. When I am working on an important task, I put my phone away or flight-mood it for a better concentration, this allows me complete tasks more quickly. I have learned that multitasking often reduces productivity, so I prefer to focus on one task until it is finished before moving to another.

I also break large tasks into manageable steps that makes them less bulky and easier to complete. By planning ahead, staying focused, and avoiding distractions, I am able to use my time more efficiently and accomplish more during the day without feeling stressed.

Have you ever struggled with poor time management? How have you improved it?

Yes, I have struggled with poor time management in the past. There were times when I procrastinated a lot, and delayed important tasks until the last minute. As a result of my delays, I often felt stressed and rushed to meet deadlines.

I read a book on time management and realized that if I wanted to be more productive, I needed to change my habits. I started by creating daily to-do task lists and setting realistic goals for myself. Instead of waiting until I felt motivated, I learned to kick off tasks immediately I wake up and work on them consistently.

I also took note of how much time I spent on distractions and made an effort to limit them. Over time, these changes has helped me become more organized and responsible. I now plan my activities more carefully and focus on completing important tasks first. Although I am still learning, I have made serious improvements in managing my time and reducing unnecessary stress.

What advice would you give to others to manage their time better?

My advice to others is to treat time as one of their most valuable resources because it is valuable. Once time is lost, it cannot be recovered, so it is important to use it wisely.

• First, start by setting clear goals and marking out the tasks that matter most. Having a plan for the day can help you stay focused and avoid wasting time.

• Avoid procrastination because that is a sign of one who would fail at the end of the day. Start your work immediately, even if you do not feel fully prepared. Little drops make an ocean, so small progress every day will eventually lead to big results.

• It is also important to reduce distractions such as excessive social media use, especially when working on important tasks.

• Another one is to maintain a balance between productivity and rest. Try to be productive while prioritizing your rest. Managing time is not about being busy from morning till night, it is about using your time effectively while taking care of your health.

With consistency, discipline and good planning, anyone can improve their time management skills and achieve more goals.
