Hey @synrg! I know it sounds like it might be strenuous for the blender, but it honestly isn't. I think the bananas just mush up so quickly, it doesn't stress the blades at all. I've made this often, using a blender that's 5-years old (and shows her age!), and I haven't had any trouble. :)
