Recipe for some delicious Guajillo Chili Shrimp!!! I hope you guys enjoy this recipe!

Guajillo Chili Shrimp Recipe

10 to 12 large shrimp
1 guajillo chili pod chopped
2 garlic cloves
1/3 cup of cilantro
1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp salt
1 to 2 tbs vegetable oil
1 tbs butter or margarine

In a large pan on medium heat, add your oil, butter, chopped guajillo chili and garlic. Next add your shrimp, lemon juice and salt. Saute for 4 minutes and its ready to serve!
