CHOCOLATE-ORANGE ICE CREAM WITH AVOKADO
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 large orange
• 1 large ripe avocado
• 3 tbsp. honey
• 3 tbsp. carob
• 50 gr. any nuts
PREPARATION:
1. The orange peel off and squeeze out the juice.
2. Avocado peel, and cut into large pieces.
3. Load avocado, zest and orange juice, honey, and carob into the blender. Beat until smooth mashed.
4. Mix in the chocolate mass finely chopped nuts.
5. Remove to the freezer for 4-5 hours. Each hour, mix ice cream in a container.
