The Diary Game: Local Method Of Frying Garri And Other Engagement 02/02/2026

New month greetings you all my steemit colleagues,it is another month of activities and I hope we are all set to be posting educative and life changing posts for others to learn and archive something from it.
My own post shows the local method of frying garri in my village.

In the morning as I woke up from bed,,I took 30 minutes to thank God for another day of activities,then I went to the cassava Mill to carry the dry cassava that was processed the last day for frying,as I reached the mill,the machine operator has already removed it from the presser,,i paid the money and carry it to the house.

So at least I was able to carry it on my head and started walking to the house I arrived at the house by 8 O'clock AM.

I brought out the working tools for the activity to start,I was taking time to shift it removed the un wanted one.
When I was through with that particular section,I checked myb time it was 11:20am,so I went for another step which was looking for firewood.,I looked around and gathered some good firewood,then I set the fire and gathered everything at one spot to commence the frying

In the afternoon,I was very busy frying Cassava I put a little cooking oil in a plate with a spoon This is what I use to apply every time I put the dry Cassava in the pot to fry This part of the activity took me a good 4 hours to finish it,the challenge was to fire because of local setting that I used to operate, after that long period of operation,when I finished doing everything,I took my garri to the house, use cold water and put off the fire. Then I went to the house,I looked for water, took my bath and relaxed.

In the evening,as I was relaxing at home after I ate my meal,I went to one barbing Saloon to barb my hair, It was a little far from home,so I picked a bike to the place , that was 6:35pm,i saw the barber ,he started doing his work after that i retired home because it was night already. At home,I took a bath again to clean up myself before eating then after that I go to bed and sleep
