The best of 2025

Hello steemians hope we all are doing fine
Its that time of the year again where everything comes to an end the last month of the year and Christmas for our Christian brethren aside that as the year is bidding farewell we have a tale about it and I am definitely sharing mine so stay with me

First why looking at the year I keep traveling memory lane recalling past days and giving a quick summary of the year I can say 2025 taught me deep but very necessary lessons I have learnt that choosing peace is better than proving a point, they are some situations I saw myself naturally I wouldn't let things slide but then as I walk through life in the year I learnt to let things go,I choose peace but that doesn't mean I am weak or its defeat but maturity and peace not all arguments needs my strength but sometimes the real strength is in walking away

Second throughput the year I learnt to put top priority on myself set my boundaries and stand on it I don't compromise or get manipulated by people or their views
My self confidence and respect my top priority and it's definitely not selfishness.
Also I couldn't keep up with consistency but I know for sure it pays the year was a sort of an eye opener for me but then the little steps I took added up and definitely amounted to something I realized success does not announce itself

Did I have to let go of something or someone
Definitely yes I had to release certain people and things but I didn't do that out of anger or guilt but with understanding I became more close to people that share the same dreams and goals with me and filtered the ones that dragged my progress. Some people are not meant to be in our lives and when that still remain it's causes delay and problems I had to let go of habits that sticked me and slowly moved out of my comfort zone left some relationship that drained rather than grow me

I also forgive myself of things I did ignorantly or through pressure it was one of the hardest things I couldn't do but I did away with it and felt lighter rather than carrying weight that constantly brought depression. Letting go reminded me that life is s journey and to move forward we need to release certain load

Reasons to be grateful for 2025
Even with the troubles of the year they are still reasons to be grateful for the year first I survived situations I thought I wouldn't, improved and grew mentally physically and spiritually I got closer to God and kept my mental health and also in the year I have met new people,discovered more about myself and took in new opportunities the greatest of them is that I gained clarity on who and what I don't want and stand firmly on the decision .And every experience shaped Me into a good and better version of myself

I am entering 2026 with a good and more defined path I am entering more intentional and disciplined I want to be open to opportunities learn more, live more and Even love more I am begging God for greater opportunities good health financial freedom good mental growth opportunities that align my purpose and most expecially have good relationship with people that respect and align with my purpose also I am praying to God to have a sponsor in a public speaking institution where I want to be enrolled and improve my skills and I sincerely believe God will help me out

And to 2025 I want to say it's a year of self discovery and alignment and I won't do anything than to be grateful to it for all the lessons and opportunities
