Yes, I always consider myself a very kind person. This is because I always try to treat others with respect, empathy, and understanding, no matter their situation or background. To me, kindness is not just about rendering big gestures, it is in the little things I do, things like offering a smile, listening when someone needs to talk, and showing patience even when it is hard to.

Have you ever performed an act of kindness? If so, tell us about your experience. How did you feel afterward? And if you haven't, do you plan to someday? Tell us how you would do it, what you have in mind?

Yes, I have performed acts of kindness. It is something that I do almost every day of my life. The reason that stands out was my helping my neighbor who was struggling to carry heavy bags home from the market. I offered to help him, and we both ended up laughing and talking. Afterward, I felt a deep sense of peace and joy as I reached home, which reminded me of how a little act of kindness can make a big difference in someone's life.

Are you one of those people who puts aside your own worries to help others?

Well, I can't completely say that I am one of those who puts aside his own worries to help others, because sometimes I do think of myself first, and sometimes I don't. In all and all, I do try to be despite my own worries, because I believe that helping others gives me the perspective and strength that I need to do better in life.
