HOW TO COOK FRIED SHRIMP WITH A TWIST

Fried shrimp is everyone’s favorite. It is a quiet way of bringing people together. For many families, shrimp isnt just a simple food but a MEMORY. Its the sounds where you will hear laughter enjoying the dish. It shows up mostly in occasion since it is a little bit pricey. If you saw it on the table, you feel like there’s a celebration.

You can cook this dish in so many form. You can make a crispy tempura from it, southern-style breaded shrimp, or lightly battered version served with sweet chili sauce. But no matter how it is prepare, it is so perfect. It carries the feeling of warmth, comfort, and a taste of home by the sea.
Right now, I will make my own version. It is a sweet sauce shrimp but I will make it fry🍤.
Lets start!
✨INGREDIENTS:✨
- shrimp
- cooking oil
- salt
- magic sarap
- soy sauce
- ketchup
- pepper
- sugar
- onion
- garlic
✨PROCEDURE:✨
STEP 1: Clean the shrimp.
Wash and let it dry. Season with a little salt and pepper on it.
STEP 2: Saute.
Put the frying pan on your stove, let it heat up then put the cooking oil. Once it already boiled, saute the garlic and onion. Wait for the garlic until it appears golden brown. Then put the shrimp and mix continuously until it becomes reddish.
STEP 3: Dip and fry.
Start making the sauce. Put a little soysauce, mix it. Simmer it for 5 minutes until its water will comes out. Afterwards, put all your seasoning then the ketchup. Simmer it again until the sauce will get into the shrimp. Fry for 2-3 minutes or until it will become golden brown.
STEP 4: Drain.
Remove and place the shrimp on paper towels to remove the excess oil.

🍽️Serve with garlic mayo plus rice. PERFECT!
