There's no way a single moment can pass in a life of exile.
Assalamu Alaikum. I hope you are all well and healthy. I am starting this article today with the urge to know how you are doing amidst the daily hustle and bustle of life. Taking some time out from the hustle and bustle of expatriate life, I have come to share a real picture and feeling of my daily life with you.

Like every day, today too I saw a new morning. When the soft morning sun rises in the eastern sky, the day of thousands of expatriate workers like me begins. With the familiar blue safety helmet on our heads, work clothes on our shoulders and the heavy burden of responsibility on our shoulders, we go out for work. If you look at the picture, you will see the glimmer of golden sunlight peeking through the gaps in the trees and the shadow of a huge power tower. This morning sun not only gives us the dawn of a new day, but also gives us a new courage to live and fight.

Expatriate life is actually a story of a strange and difficult struggle. Working in an empty field, sunburned or in extremely hostile environments in a distant country is not an easy task. This earthen path, a row of huge trees and the open sky are now our daily companions. For years, we have been working tirelessly from dawn to dusk, sweating profusely. Work begins with the first rays of the morning sun, and there is no chance to stop until the sun sets.
Many times, the question arises in my mind, why this hardship? There is only one answer—to keep our beloved family, parents, wives and children, happy in the country. This tireless struggle is to bring a little smile to their faces by sacrificing our own happiness and comfort. Every day and night in the country is spent in the hope of a beautiful future for our relatives. Our day begins with the sun, and ends with the sunset—this is how the pages of the calendar turn over and years pass.

After a whole day of hard work, when the sun slowly sinks into the western sky, fatigue sets in. But even in that fatigue, there is a strange sense of satisfaction—I have been able to fulfill my duties honestly today. After thousands of hardships and sacrifices, it is the great joy of the expatriates to be able to return safely at the end of the day.
Finally, I would like to say that behind the great buildings and developments built on the face of the earth, the sweat and hard work of expatriate workers like us are hidden. May God keep every person living abroad healthy and at peace. May this sacrifice of our blood and sweat not go in vain. I am ending here today, may you all be well, take care of yourselves, and pray for the expatriates.
