The Diary Game: White Rice With Vegetable Sauce/ Cooking Jollof Rice After Work [17/02/2026]

Good day, guys and welcome to another episode of my diary session with yours truly, @megareigns. I lived through another beautiful day again and I will be honest that God has been so faithful irrespective of the hard and trying times, he still keeps me together and put me in safe too.

When I woke up, I dished the white rice in the house and I ate it with vegetable sauce. I wanted to eat that so that I could have strength to work. I was so busy last night and when I woke up, I was very hungry this morning. After eating the food, I went outside to stay for while so that the early morning sun can touch me small and then when I stayed for like an hour, I came inside so that I can prepare for work.

When I came inside, I took my bath and then I went to my work seat so that I can begin to work early. Working early has always given an edge over the work, I get to finish on time especially on days I have a steady network connection. I began the work and had a good time working because I had a steady network connection today.

I worked till afternoon, it wasn't as other days, I really enjoyed today's work, it never felt boring working, because the network really was good and I had good working time today. When I finished that first batch, I rested small because of headache and then I went to my kitchen and took the soup that's in the house, I warmed it and ate it. That was the last soup in the house.

When I finished eating, I went back to my work seat and began to work again, God did it that the electricity was also stable today. I worked smoothly, no hot sun, the weather was cold and that was why I could work that much without even feeling.

By 5pm on the dot, I finished working, I lay on. My bed small and then I went outside to stay while the rain was falling. This is the second rainfall for the year and it came with serious wind, so many trees fell down. I had to go and fetch rain water so I would use it later.

When I came inside, I cooked and called my friend to come and join me so that we eat together. I prepared rice and when I finished, she had already arrived and we ate together then i attended to some students before I took her to the bus stop to where she will see taxi to pay back home.

When she took her taxi back home, I returned back to come and rest, my head really needed the rest. I boiled the rain water and bathed. After that, I went to the bed to go and sleep. Till my next diary, guys, do well to take care of yourselves and stay safe out there. Much love from me to you all.
