Importance Of Social exchange visit with staff from various schools

Hello @everyone accept special greetings from this end to you all on this amazing platform.As a teacher by profession I was triggered today to write about my experiences with staff socials .Exchange school visits with various schools.

We do not only focused on teaching but we try to build a strong relationship within the schools and out with other schools as far socials is concerned. All staffs in school register and they are part of these amazing journey . It’s important because we learn to socialised amongst ourselves and be one another’s keeper .In situations of hard times and good time .

We turned to contribute a token and help ourselves in times good and bad times .There are days after every months allocated for staff social .At times went on we decided to bring up the idea of exchange visit am staffs in various .Our first exchange visit experience to our school was the staff from another school’s Gawe .

This particular they were coming to visit our staff in our own schools .We had to prepare foods ,drinks and a lot for the two number of days they were to spent with us .We rented hotels around depending on the number of staffs coming from Gawe school social staffs.We had to be at the roadside to welcome them during their arrival .

It was a beautiful as they felt loved and hospitality from our school .With exchange visit a lot of activities are always carried out .We visited the museum in my locality and we had good lectures and historical background on the things seen in the museum.

From here we had a general picture with the staff of Gawe who came for exchange visited .We visited government administration offices such as the SDO,DO and the lamido to informed them our school have visitors around .They were all welcome by these personalities mentioned above .

The importance of staff exchange visit is that it makes one to build relationships with colleagues from other schools.Being able to learn a lot of things you were ignorance about the teaching field . Learning new skills from others and exchanging good knowledgeable moments which are always important.You can see the joy in my boss’s face.

To conclude exchange staff visit is a good thing that schools should always cultivate a habit of doing it .It has a lot of benefits it exposed one to the teaching profession and makes one to be minded open to the society.
