My Dream Phone

If I were to receive a mail this weekend, I would wish it to be my dream phone.

I grew up in a poor family and most of the things that I had were hand-me-downs from sisters and cousins. My first phone is a Nokia3310 and is junk from my cousin which was given to my sister then gave it to me after acquiring a new phone. It was back in 2008 and I was very happy about it. Only then I realized that my parents should've had it since it was their need and didn't even have anyone texting me and back then, load packs are very expensive.

I had been using hand me down phones since then and it was just enough for my parents to monitor me where I am at and that time, I wanted to buy new phone yet my pay was too low to even live independently. I also got married before getting financially steady and had kids. When I had my second child, that's when I was able to loan a phone yet not long it was broken by my husband my putting it on his bag with other tools that broke the camera yet it was still usable.

I kept being patient and soon the company where I work provided me with a phone and I was using it sometimes to call my family until I was allowed to use it . it came with a data monthly allocations for data, calls and texts so had big savings in it and told myself that patience indeed is a virtue; not only I was given a phone but also free data and calls access.

Since it';s only me that uses the phone,I was able to log in on my socmed accounts where a fellow crocheter introduced me to steem, hive and blurt. I am even on read cash and that was back in 2021 when everything was on hype and prices and surged up do high and I worked very hard to make money and only then I realized that investing in coins should be prioritized for growth.

And since I have made some money here, I wanted to have my own phone where no one would be able to get it anytime and that way, I will be able to protect my assets no matter how small they were.

Anyway, back to my dream phone

The brand is not very important to me as long as the product will work for the purpose. I do have ideal specs for the phone that I wanted: a good battery life, enough storage capacity, enough RAM to run the apps smoothly, and a good camera to pursue my love for photography.

I had been keeping an out eye for the Tecno spark7T phone for a while now as additional inspiration for blogging.

It's not that I just wanted a new phone but I do need a new phone, a personal phone which I can call my own because I what I had been using now is a phone owned by the company where I work for.
This phone is perfect for what I need because it almost got all the specs that I wanted except for the storage, but it can be aided with an external memory card and everything will be solved.

In addition, the price is significantly lower compared to Samsung and Huawei brands that are also in the market.

This online shop that I had been following since I found it is highly rated and is selling fast. They offer lots of discounts too! These past months, I always visit their site when they are on sale ( e.g 10.10 sale and 1.15 payday sale) and it was what keeping inspired to do hustles.

In here, I tried to check the item out and found out that aside from the discounts from the original price, Shopee offers discount vouchers and I love it. On the 10.10 sale, the discount offered was up to 1K pesos.

So it's been year since i made the original post above and I did get the phone yet it was my husband that used it, he loves that long battery life but sadly back months ago, he broke the screen and we had to wait until last week for the replacement, I had to DIY it and something went wrong and it didn't work. sad but I'll try to manage I hope I can fix it.

I still hadn't bought a netbook, my focus was now to power up all coins I could earn, that way I can grow. I hope soon I will have what I think I needed. Few years had passed and new models of phones have been released in the market; they are much better that the old phones and pf course, much pricey.
