so reddcoin allows you to tip people on a social platform that uses it? i'm assuming you have to pay with your own money.

you're right; But its a lil like Neo with the staking, so you can generate more $RDD TO spend and tip. fast transactions and right now its inexpensive. Steem is genius as a community coin. $RDD and $POE are waking giants as well!!
