Whoever has done great things has never been afraid of anyone.

A saying has been going around in my head for a long time,“Those who have done great things have never been afraid of anyone.”

It seems very hard to hear this saying. But I have understood through my own life that the meaning of the word is a little different. People who have done great things were not afraid. Not like that. They did not stop even after being afraid.

I myself have been holding back from doing many things. Just thinking, what will people say? What if I can't? What if I make a mistake? These “ifs” have held me back for a long time. Maybe they have held you back too.

We actually make other people’s words our life’s decisions very easily. Someone once said, “It won’t be up to you.” The mind becomes soft. Our faith in ourselves gradually fades. But the truth is, those who say this do not stand in our place and fight.

I realized one thing very late. It is wrong to expect that everyone will understand. It is also wrong to think that everyone will support. But if you can stand by yourself, then you can endure a lot. You can go a long way.

Being afraid is not bad. Fear means we are alive. Fear means we have something to lose. But if we put that fear in the driver’s seat, then life is no longer ours. Then we just try to look good in the eyes of others.

I do not want to be a hero by writing this article. I am still learning. I still get scared sometimes. I still get late in making decisions. But I try one thing. Don’t belittle yourself because of fear.
