Want to increase followers and reputation !!

Hey guys listen as i m new here and i want to increase my followers and reputation.

So, please suggest me some tips so that i can increase my followers and reputation as well. Just posting it and don't have much more to say so sorry for that but if u guys can help me than i will be so thankful to u all :)
