Dave, I know you are correct about the planning for the US to be at 3rd world level. Look at some of the cities in America today. And I just don't mean the type of people in the cities, I'm looking at very scary financial numbers, filthy falling apart infrastructure, corruption from Washington down. That's my description of third world level.
