RUDEX Support Portal Is Moving to a New Platform

Dear Users,

We would like to inform you that the RUDEX gateway technical support ticket portal is moving to a new platform.

This change is due to updates to Freshdesk’s service terms and conditions. To continue providing reliable and responsive support, we are migrating ticket management to Zoho Desk.

New support portal URL:
https://rudex.zohodesk.eu/

What this means for you:

  • please submit all new requests through the new portal;
  • bookmark the link and update it in your internal documentation;
  • the previous Freshdesk portal will be phased out.

The core functionality remains the same: you can still create tickets, track request status, and receive responses from our support team.
