Morning run gives energy for the rest of your day
People tend to be tired throughout the morning and feeling kind of down for the rest of the day. You feel like you are not getting into 5th gear to make things run smooth with the right amount of energy. Going for a quick run can help you get out of your lazy mode and give you energy instead of losing it. You might think you will be tired because you go out for a run, you might be, but I assure you’re only going to be physical tired, mentally you will be more clear.
How to get started with this? Not so difficult at all. If you’re a beginner, you can start of by switching between walking and running. Try to start of for about 15 minutes. 1 minute walk, 1 minute run, 1 minute walk, 1 minute run. Do this until you hit 15 minutes and this is the beginnening of your daily routine.
Whenever you feel a bit better, you can adjust your time. You can do 1,5 min run and 1 min walk, 2 min run and 1 min walk, diversify just the way looks best for you. Before you know it, you will want to increase your time and distance because of the endorphins that will power you up.
