ВСЁ ОЧЕНЬ ПРОСТО: кредитные организации и банки работают с кодом 810, а для людей код 643 т.е. для нас стоимость рубля в 1000 раз меньше ЭТО всё информация, а как граждане будут ею распоряжаться, это совсем другое дело, Недаром Греф сказал: знания народу давать никак нельзя, Как же мы тогда им управлять-то будем ? И НИКАКИХ РЕВОЛЮЦИЙ ! Нужны Знания ! Сознание, Интеллект и м.б Хитрость ?
