The Full unabridged collection of sexual assault and misconduct allegations towards Kevin Carnahan of Acid Models/Metro Detroit Models and associates

Earlier this week Kevin Carnahan of Metro Detroit Models/Acid models contacted me about a previous piece moved from my old website where I posted the complaints five models towards him.

I will post his one-sided conversation in full below:

Notice how I did not respond except for one public tweet stating my policy on the matter: If I receive complaints from 2 or more models I believe to be true through a preponderance of the evidence and similar witness testimony I will post their testimony as a warning for anyone considering working with you in the future. I do not single out people, I have no personal ill will towards you.

When I ran that site, there was a lot I chose not to post because it was either unprovable, or just plain dirty laundry. I am not TMZ.

However besides the five stories posted originally Kevin’s name came up a lot.

I will now post these in full unabridged except for the names of victims and complainants.

This dude is a huge piece of shit. I used to model for him and he literally would just try to get me in lingerie. If you look at his Facebook, he only promotes the girls that will get half naked for him. He hosted these “parties” and it was for the models to meet other “photographers” I put that in quotations because those people are also giant creeps, and he would let under age girls get drunk, would try to get us all to kiss eachother and take photos. I’ve heard multiple stories of him getting girls drunk and drugging them to get them to do porn witb other girls or himself. He’s a fucking low life scum bag who’s just scamming people. Stay the fuck away from this fucking creep.
I have heard about that Mike guy too. My friend had a friend who was going into porn with his company and she say everything was nice at first. The people seemed great but then when she said she wasn’t ready and changed her mind he drugged her drink and taped her being raped. She said she was so distraught and embarrassed and humiliated by all the nasty things he made her do she went home and slit her wrist and tried to kill herself. I’m glass her roommate got her to the hospital instead but she never reported it. If any one is a creep or sex offender it’s that guy. I wish amber would have reported him….. Anyone know how long until you can’t report this or he can’t getaway with it? He should be in jail for this.
My friend did a shoot with him and said he was really creepy. He said he’d pay her, and then revealed when she showed up that he’d only pay if she did nude photos. She said she left something in her car and then drove off.

we promised me $150 for a quick photo shoot
I turn up this guy has a small digital camera …i was like ummm ok. …anyway we do this shoot then he asks for money I said wait what ? he said i had to pay him $150 but would waive this fee if I would give him oral sex …wtf

Kevin is a total creep … im 18 and he has been talking to me for a while trying to convince me to do a shoot i really needed the money so i agreed to do the shoot …He gave me an address in hamtramck to meet him at .. it turns out it was a motel 6 …..I left metro detroit models is very unprofessional
He offered me “free professional photos” then it turned into 125$ then he said he would wave it if he could take naked ones THEN he said if we could have sexual encounters once a week he would take pics every week and hook me up with a “free portfolio” HAHA ID RATHER have gum surgery.

I always wondered how this dude kept getting girls to make these shittiest videos for me. I still wonder.
And yes, he is the creepiest photographer around Detroit, topping Birdsong and Lafata.
I signed up to be a model on this website and they sent me an email and called me to be come a featured model on their website. Then they told me I had to do a photo shoot, but it will cost me $100.
These are all of the allegations against Kevin Carnahan self proclaimed “Kevin Carnahan — World Famous Photographer From Detroit”

To conclude these are the allegations numerous women have made against this man that would lead me to conclude it would be in a woman’s best interest to use this information I have shared freely to do her due diligence before working with him because I believe to the best of my ability with the information received he may not have their best interests at heart and perhaps another photographer could be a better fit for her professional needs and desired career trajectory. Especially as the original article referenced girls who were looking into fashion photography, not pornographic.

If this man chooses to proceed with legal action against myself, medium, soon youtube, amazon where a free e-book will be published, google, and Apple(where an audiobook and podcast will be published)…

He is free to, I fully support bringing this man to a courtroom with the understanding that I have already consulted an attorney, and I believe the information shared here to be true, and also have witnesses your living breathing VICTIMS willing to testify to this (and much more) and look forward to having a very public, expensive trial with lots of media, speaking on these matters, with bloggers already watching that would LOVE to write an article about as much as a SLAPP suit(if you even know what that is) that would only stop me from speaking further on what has already been fully published. A trial that would involve freedom of speech, sexual assault in entertainment, the metoo, timesup movement, and all sorts of topical issues, as well as personal anecdotes from those that have met you that would keep our names in headline news longer than Dr Larry Nassar. I would look forward to such as he would look forward in proving his innocence.

I wrote the original piece damn near 10 years ago and it’s a shame you haven’t grown up in a way that I don’t hear your name(only spoken as a creep, never as a photographer) and feel the need to repost this to new sites. From myspace to wordpress to medium! Also I don’t need your damn promo, you’re not famous, this is the greatest most public piece of art you will have ever contributed to only through your own moral shortcomings, girls take better selfies than your below amateur photography and I have living breathing examples this would be a better career plan both financially and artistically than playing part in your nudie trash that couldn’t land a girl a job working in a victoria’s secret nonetheless as a model!

I hire my own models and dancers (and pay them. unlike you my checks don’t bounce) and somehow manage not to have pages full of complaints like you do. How do you think I found out about your sorry ass to begin with?
