You should call paypal and give them the tracking number and letter from Royal Mail, there is also a paypal seller protection. Since your package was delivered and you got proof for it paypal should cover that loss under their protection just call them and ask to speak to a supervisor.
Did that within a few hours well 1am in the morning they resolved it in buyers favour, need help what can I do, he even got a crime report signed by his dead so, they will not listen, any advice
