Petronas Twin Towers is Kuala Lumpur's flagship tourist attraction. This is the tallest twin skyscraper in the world: towering amazingly as high as 1,483 feet (452 ​​meters) from the base to the top. The Argentine architect César Pelli designed the building as a symbol of Kuala Lumpur in the 21st century. Its construction began in 1992 and completed late 1997.
