I agree about the potential for abuse, humanity is well known for getting an inch and taking a mile. May need a paradime shift in the way we govern ourselves before we could implement such a program honestly.
Yeah I agree. Paradigm shifts start with a discussion on the topic though. You started the conversation which is a good start :)
