this sounds great but i think there will be a lot of disadvantage to it, what if i have other uses for an item after it exceeds its lifespan?
Well, i like your thought @davidekpin. It then means you'd have to procure the non-degradable forms of the items you'd like to own and have, even after it's content is gone.
That might be a burden on the producer but i guess that works
