Guava trees: My experience and some scientific information.

The guava fruit is a famous and popular fruit tree in our nation. Guava is a plant which grows virtually anywhere in Bangladesh. The tree is extremely robust, it is able to endure without much attention. The tree thrives well when it receives sunlight and some water. Thus, guava trees can be observed in most of the areas in the village roads, fields or beside houses.

The Guava fruit is nutritious and as sweet as it is. It is rich in vitamin C that boosts the immunity in our bodies. Guava makes the body recover very fast when we are sick with a cold or cough. Guava has fiber that assists in digestion and the cleansing of the stomach. It also includes antioxidants, which eliminate unfavorable substances of the body.

Guava leaves are so good also. Scientists conclude that the guava leaves have something that kills the germs inside the mouth and the component is called antibacterial. Guava leaf juice is commonly used by many individuals to treat toothache, gum diseases or mouth ulcers. It is similar to natural medicine.

I have personally observed that guava trees are very easy to grow. The tree also survives slowly even during dry season without being killed. When it receives some water and attention in the rainy season, the tree will grow quicker and begin to flower and give fruits. The fact that there are small green guavas should have been hanging on the branches of the tree is a strange delight

Guava is not a bad thing to eat but it is good to the body and nature. The tree does give oxygen to the environment, offers shade, and holds the soil. Hence, it also contributes in the balance of the environment. And being an energy-giving fruit to the body it also makes the blood pure, the skin fair, and the immunity greater.

Lastly, I would mention that guava is a great present of our country. It is a tree that does not only add beauty in our nature, but has a health protection effect on the body. Then on the one hand we will get delicious fruits, and on the other hand the world will be a little greener and more beautiful, in case we plant as many guava trees as possible.
