What Eating Organic Does To Your Body Internally

Is eating organic food really necessary for living a healthy lifestyle or is it all hype? While eating organic costs more than conventional foods, it's important to educate ourselves on the importance of eating organic foods and the many benefits one can achieve by making an 'organic switch.'

But... "it costs more than conventional food and it just isn't convenient", said the Palm Bug Family of 5 who doesn't eat organic foods. The family began an experiment where they were challenged to eat organic foods for 2 weeks. Before the experiment began, urine samples were taken from each of the family members. The results were shocking but not surprising since they ate conventionally.

A number of insecticides, fungicides and plant growth regulators were found their blood. Chemicals include: Chloremequat chloride, Mepiquat, 3-PBA, TCP, and more. At the end of the two week challenge, urine samples were tested again and discovered nearly all pesticide traces had completely vanished! This is some amazing results! Watch the video to learn more.

Choose organic as much as possible. Your entire food choices doesn't have to be organic, as there are certain fruits like pineapple, avocado, mango, and banana (to just name a few) that aren't necessary to be organic as you can easily wash and remove the skin. Other fruits and veggies like tomatoes, zucchini, cucumber, spinach and celery are best organic. Organic just tastes better. Imagine how many pesticides I was eating and how many pesticides so many other people are consuming DAILY! It's no wonder why kids don't like to eat veggies like carrots, celery, spinach, etc... because it tastes like CHEMICALS!

Watch and share with everyone! Feed your kids organic.

Organic is better for you and for the earth. It's not without pesticides (organic methods just use natural ones), but I'll take those above the chemicals any day. And it's not just the pesticides; the nutrient balance in the food is better when it's fed broader fertilizers that include a range of different elements and micronutrients, not just the big three that they feed most conventional crops.

As for the cost, consider medical bills later in life, plus the fact that much conventional agriculture poisons the planet. You just need a longer term view of the costs and then organic doesn't seem so expensive.

Organic is still grown with pesticides, but at least we can rest assure it's not highly toxic as conventionally grown food. Organic food supports a healthy world and food system in more than a dozen ways. If you know how and where t shop, you can buy organic food at low prices without breaking your bank!
