Intuitive Communicators - Did the US Have a Plan in Place to Use Telepathic Communication in the Event of EMP events or Telecom Hacks?
Are America's Intuitive Communicators being brought into service?
I can't speak to things involving Aliens. I don't have any experience there. Neither does Dan Sherman as far as I can tell. He has intuitions about DNA foreign to humans integrated into humans and a connection to the military but this isn't some story about Area 51 and aliens, in the classic sense.
What he is though, undoubtedly, is an 'Intuitive Communicator'. His training with the NSA and Air Force involved modulation of waveforms through concentration exercises. He describes this in detail in an interview with Richard Hall on RichPlanet.

Again, I can't speak to the focus on aliens and the like. I believe the more relevant point made in this interview was that the US Military did seem to be creating a system through which humans could 'intuitively communicate' in the event of an EMP (Electro-Magnetic Pulse) blast which would likely disable our telecommunications infrastructure significantly.
Why would that be useful? When you take into consideration that most computer networks and terminologies are simply replications of what is known about Human Cybernetic Networks. There are many studies created by labs hired by the US like Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) and SRI (Stanford Research Institute) that support this. You can find them under the STAR GATE program on CIA.gov's Freedom of Information Act library. I've downloaded dozens of these reports and created pretty detailed YouTube videos about them. Most can be found under my Energetics series, but if you are unconvinced these things exist, I'd ask you watch the following clips then see if you still feel the same.

Dan Sherman signed up for the U.S. Air force in 1982. During his commission he worked at the N.S.A (National Security Agency) who run some of Americas most top secret projects. Their activities are believed by many to extend to the UFO and E.T. issue. After being given a high level security clearance Sherman was introduced to an "above black" project which involved communicating with extra terrestrials. The N.S.A. has been running this project since at least 1961, with initial contact being established in 1947. Incredibly the N.S.A. have been co-operating with E.T.s whilst the E.T.s abduct women to genetically manage their unborn children in order to heighten a specific ability in their offspring. Dan Sherman is one of the offspring. He is a key whistleblower and his revelations provide a huge piece of the E.T./UFO puzzle.
