India will launch 31 #satellites, including the Earth observation #satellite Cartosat from its Space Center located in Sriharikota, Andhra Pradesh on January 10. Devi Prasad Karnik, director of the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) said, "We have set aside the time to leave the rocket carrying cartosat and other satellites at 9.30 in the morning. Out of these 28 satellites will be from America and five other countries.
Under this first space mission of 2018, 31 satellites will be released through the Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (#PSLV-C440). On August 31, four months ago, this rocket failed to deliver India's eighth shipping satellite to the lower orbit of the earth. He said, "Sixth #Cartosat and other satellites in the second series have been integrated into the space station with rockets. Mission launch board will set the time for the departure of the rocket two days before the countdown. ' Apart from Cartosat 2 in this mission, a nano satellite and a micro satellite of India will also be launched.

As a monitoring satellite, Cartosat will provide important data for urban and rural planning, coastal land use, road network monitoring etc. The first two satellites of the Cartosat-2 series were launched from Chennai on February 15 and June 23, 90 kilometers from here. According to the official, "We plan to launch five to six satellites in the first half of next year, including two #GSAT-6A and #GSAT-29 advanced communication satellites." Apart from this, the space agency is preparing to launch its second moon mission (Chandrayaan-2).
