On the edge of the sea

Yesterday I went out to explore part of my city. As I walked, I realized I was always at the edge of the sea, because this is a city surrounded by water. The waters surrounding an island make this city an island within an island.

I decided to take these photos, which show the reality and relationship of the city and its people with the sea that surrounds it, since Cienfuegos is located on a peninsula that itself grows into several other peninsulas, all extending into the vastness of the water
