Very relevant in the stressful world. I was listening to a lecture one time I think his name was Nick Begetch. He was talking about resonances like being around electronic devices and how higher resonances give you anxiety which is basically a type of worry. Anyway he says you can bring your resonance down by burying your feet in the sand or dirt to ground your self. It actually works.
