Today I bring you the case of the greatest serial killer found in Spain. Violator and murderer, I point out, that already at the early age of 20 years old had earned the nickname of "the rapist of the motorcycle".
This cantabrian born at the end of 1957 was condemned to 27 years of prison of which only finished turning 8 years. Does it sound like something to you? Well, I proceed to tell you how this man, to call him somehow, managed to reduce his sentence.
It turns out that with the Criminal Code before 1955 there was the possibility that in certain crimes such as rape, if you obtained the pardon of your victims, you were granted a noticeable reduction of sentence.
And guess what? Every women exccept one gave him pardon, so he managed to reduce his sentence in 19 years.
Yes friends, that's how it was; sad but true.
It should be noted, if this serves any kind of intellectual comfort to someone because of the massive pardon, that despite their innocent appearance and nice face we are talking about a highly intelligent person who knew how to deceive very well their victims, apart from being a manual psychopath, as several psychiatrists later pointed out that they evaluated him and warned of his extreme social danger.
Well, this retired bricklayer and "handyman" in general, when leaving jail for multiple violations, his wife and son abandoned him and joined with an epileptic woman who apparently did not know his past or did not care.
In this apparently quiet period of his life, he raped and murdered in various ways a total of 16 old women.
He studied his senile victims for a good period of time, often hearing of his circumstantial needs, and presenting himself to them as a plumber, repairer of televisions, antennae, etc...
In this way he could easily enter their homes and once there freely commit crimes.
In subsequent interviews with the murderer, he boasted that he did not rape anyone but the old women were easily offered.
One of his victims appeared with the dentures embedded in the inside of her throat.
Until he was hunted, he kept trophies of his victims at his partner's house, in a "red room". Jewels, rosaries, candlesticks, watches, televisions, images of saints...
Everything perfectly placed and exposed, since Jose A. was a maniac of the order.
In 1991 he was accused in Santander of such killings to which he replied that he was innocent and that he would prove it in the future.
In fact, he studied Law in the first grade prisons (for the most dangerous inmates).
With a keenness of protagonism, without fleeing or hiding before the cameras, he boasted to the rest of the inmates of the pardon he had received from the victims of his violations.
Undaunted assassin, he said that these crimes were given by the hatred he had to his former mother-in-law and the desire he always had to rape his own mother.
The psychiatrists considered him a sexual pervert, a walking and killing machine that perfectly discerned between reality and fiction, so he was finally sentenced to 440 years in prison.
During his stay in prison he released some "pearls" like these in some interviews:
All men have ever felt the desire to rape their mothers.
I say "hello" in the media and I am paid 100,000 pesetas.
I am surprised how my mother-in-law and my mother are still alive; unfortunately, these dear ladies paid for them.
With the majority of old women I killed, I made love with their consent.
At age 44 and, of course, his coldness and complacency, together with the fact that rape is one of the worst offenses among prisoners in jail, would end happening bill to him.
Three prisoners waited for an exit to the yard and while two of them distracted him another poked hard and repeatedly with a stone stuck inside a sock. Still standing Jose A., the other two prisoners, each with a stiletto, began to stab him; the first stabs were direct to the nape and head and once on the floor they raged at him.
An anecdote tells, how the prisoner who was stabbing him in the chest and belly, made a stop to sharpen his stylus a little more and return to sit in the Jose A.'s belly and continue stabbing him with two hands.
It is said that the pool of blood was incredible, that his eyes were pulled out and that there was a brain mass everywhere.
