Tottenham - Everton

Tottenham failed in the last match during the Christmas fixtures and has to rebound.This match might be a good opportunity. While Tottenham is competing for a top-four spot, Everton is working their way up in the league after a poor start to the season. They might be reminded of the poor start after this match. I predict Spurs to dominate throughout all 90 minutes. A domination that I think will lead to a victory with a two-goal margin. Kane is, of course, the man to have, but I would not underestimate Son, Alli, and Eriksen. Especially Son has been on fire recently. With five goals and four assists in eight matches, he might add just as much value to your team as Kane. Just as a good chance Spurs has of scoring, just as bad will Everton have. Everton will have a hard time scoring, but with Alderweireld out, they might have a chance. The return of Bolasie might boost their chances. Rooney and Bolasie seem like the only players that can be justified to have, but still, I don't see them win this one. Everton would need an outstanding performance here if they want to get at least one point with them. I predict a 3-1 victory for Spurs, with Kane and Son being the ones who score the points in this match.

Liverpool - Manchester City

Match of the week. Not only the match of the week. I predict this match to be one of the best matches to watch all season. Clash of the attacks. Salah is supposed to be back. Coutinho is gone. Van Dijk will be there. Agüero will start. Bernardo Silva might start. Many interesting things will take place. The two best-attacking sides, with 63 and 50 goals scored. I think you know which team scored the most. Mane, Firmino, and Salah is likely to lead the attack for the home side, while Sterling, Sané and Agüero will do for City. It will be up to Robertson, and Alexander-Arnold to keep Sané and Sterling quiet. This might be why Liverpool will lose this match. Sterling and Sane are simply too good for these two youngsters. They will make them spin. Therefore, I would recommend Sterling if you don't already have him on your team. Other than Sterling I would also recommend Agüero. Not only because of this match, but the coming as well. Jesus is out, and Agüero will get plenty of playing time. I would not recommend anyone from Liverpool except Salah, and I'm even doubting recommending him. He just got back from an injury is playing the best team in the league. If you have any Liverpool players, keep them. If you have any City players, keep them. If you have any cash for buying Sterling, do it. I predict a 2-1, or 3-2 victory to City, with Agüero and Sterling scoring goals.

Manchester United - Stoke

Manchester United has begun to shift from believing they could win the league, to just securing a top-four spot. This shift of mindset has had a significant effect on their recent results. Three draws in five matches. That is simply not enough if you want to win the league. Just because they are not competing for the league anymore, doesn't mean the United has no value when it comes to Fantasy. Pogba, Smalling, Jones, and Lingard has a lot of value. Pogba is quite cheap compared to how many points he has scored. Same goes for Jones, and Smalling. Very cheap defenders, who will always play. When playing for Mourinho, any defender who cost around 5.3-5.5m is a great buy. Both Jones and Smalling are within that price range. I could easily see Smalling and Jones getting a clean sheet in this match against a struggling Stoke. Against a bad Stoke, you need a great Lingard. Lingard has shown to be a world class player lately. Seven goals in nine matches prove how great form he's in. It's close to Salah stats. If you don't have Lingard on your team, you have either been in a coma or is a die-hard Liverpool fan. Lingard, Mata, Martial and Lukaku is likely to play in the attack. Whether you should have or buy Lukaku, I don't know. I think he is extremely overrated, and not worth the price. Still, it's against teams like Stoke that Lukaku scores his goals, but no matter if he scores or not, I predict a 3-0 win for United. Goals to be scored by Lingard and Pogba.
