The Diary Game: Attending Lectures And Taking Beautiful Pictures Of The School Statues (09/01/2026)

Very early today, we had a 7am lecturers and I rushed out of the house to go for the lectures. I was still thinking if I will be able to meet up and I was so lucky that immediately I entered the class was when the lecturer entered. I was still thinking how long the lecture will last because I didn't eat in the morning before I left the house to school. If I had wanted to eat, I would've been late to school.

When I got inside, the lecturer began to lecture us, a very interesting course at that. It's even a departmental course to start with, that's why I had to really pay attention to it. The lecture spanned from 7:15am till 10am and then after we finished the lecture, as usual I had to go look for what to eat.

The second lecture was announced immediately I finished eating at the mini mart in our whatsapp group, I rushed out and then I went to the class, I sneaked into the class without the lecturer noticing. It was a 3 hours lectures and it was the last lecture we had for the day. I was so happy because I will have all the time to go through our school and snapped cool pictures.

I first went to the department of Urban and Regional Planning field and snapped their art there. It's more like a set square and a drawing board merged together and it really have a beautiful piece. I liked the design, so I snapped it.

I moved on to the departmental block, this particular statue I snapped is an indecent lady dressing indecently to school and she was about to be abused then she ran out. This is a reminder to all our ladies out there, to always dress decently inorder not to be abused by uncultured men or fellow women. It's really a lesson wrapped in statue.

I went to the Urban area and saw the statue of the Urban planner, a beautiful statue that reminds me of the reason I am here. We are the reason the city is beautiful, we design and planned the arrangements of every city town you see out there that you admire. So we are not just planners, we are the beauty in every eyes, thanks to the profession.

When I finished my touring, I went back home and it was late in the evening. Immediately I got to the house, I removed the riped plantain and then I peeled it and then I cooked it so I could eat it as dinner.

When I finished eating, I took my rest then bathed and attended class, it was a very serious session though short, I learnt new things especially how to apply markdowns effectively. Thank you to our mentor. I will be going to bed now.
