SIX WEEKS HEALTH CHALLENGE; WEEK TWO: HEALTH AWARENESS RALLY

I believe that health is wealth. I also believe that health awareness can prevent the ill health of a good number of people.

I'm a medical student of the University of Port-Harcourt in Nigeria. To help create health awareness, I took part in a rally that sensitized people about sexually transmitted diseases.

For the walk, we all went on white shirts.
It was a long walk.
We walked round the University campus handing out fliers, giving health talks and carrying out free medical tests.
It was quite a walk, I must say. But at the end of the day, I felt very fulfilled.
