MILK: Most research concludes that milk products AGGRAVATE your acne due to the hormones found in milk. Milk contains androgen hormones. CHOCOLATE WITH MILK: The delicious chocolate that most of us love. I have good and bad news. Dark chocolate, chocolate with more percentage of cocoa is the best for people with acne but if it is a chocolate with a lot of sugar and milk, then I will tell you that you will have a lot of inflammation on your skin.
THE WHEAT FLOUR: it's the worst because we love cakes, cookies, pasta, bread, PIZZA oh my GOD pizza. With this I do not want to tell you that you are going to stop eating all this, but you must lower the ingestion. take it out of your diet for 1 month and then start to take it 1-2 times per month. You can eat a pizza or slice of chocolate cake without guilt. Wheat can inflame your acne, as well as cause intestinal problems if it is consumed very often. I recommend eating more vegetables and fruits.
RED MEAT: Animal proteins are not easily digested, compared to vegetables. The residual products that remain after their digestion can be released through the skin and as a consequence, make acne sprout.
