    It is darn near impossible to even access your own wallet past a few days back, there may be a way on steemit, I just have not researched it yet, but SteemD has the entire record. IF (big if) he lost any money he could go back into those records.

    I PERSONALLY HAVE HELPED MANY NEWBS

    with "technical issues" on Steemit, this dood could have sent a payment to the Wrong Wallet and has no CLUE that SmartSteem did not ever receive it. You Can't Refund What You Never received!
