Thanks for the post @miquih2o. I quite like your ideas as a potential fix for the issues. However I would like to see proper regulation and reliable resources for information on bots.

I'm still very new to Steemit and have been observing what I can about the voting system and the massive amount of bots; and I'm just really confused.

It feels like there is a lot of research to do in understand the role that bid bots play in Steemit!
