Ohhh this is great and I think that Steemit is the perfect place for such initiatives as it creates a near limitless amount of funds that can be used as long as poeople have voting power that they recharge every day 20%
The blockchain is transparent and will be seen where the money goes to.
Exactly, the system is in place, and we all benefit financially from it, so why not use that to help others :) I really look forward to developing this project now!
