Hello everyone, how are you? I hope everyone is well. I am also well. Today I participated in a competition and shared a new recipe with you. The main theme of this week's competition was lentil soup. I really liked this soup competition. Although I could not participate in the first week, I really wanted to participate. But I decided that I will definitely participate in the second week. The main theme of the second week's soup competition is lentil. Lentil soup is much more beneficial for our body and its health properties are very good for our body. Currently, winter is going on, such lentil soup is very good in winter. First, I washed the lentils and moong dal together well, then put them in a pot and added enough water to boil.
Now I added onions, garlic, and various vegetables to the lentils.
At this stage, I added the spices one by one to the dal according to the quantity.
After adding everything to the lentils, I cooked them well.
Then I blended the dal well in a blender.
Now I put some olive oil in a pan and fried the green chilies, minced garlic paste, and ginger paste in it.
Then I cooked it with the blended lentils.

I did not have to face any such challenge to make this soup. Because all the ingredients needed to make this picture were in my house, I was able to make the recipe very easily. Moreover, I found making lentil soup very easy and I made this recipe very easily and it was much more delicious to eat. In fact, I think making this lentil soup is very easy compared to others. I did not have to face any such challenge to make this soup.
