Hello everyone i hope you all are good This is my entry for the final week of Steemit Learning Challenge Season 28. As winter has started warm soups are excellent way to stay healthy hydrated and energetic. Today I am sharing my home made Mushroom Soup recipe prepare step by step with Care and love.

Health Benefits of Mushrom Soup

Mushroom soup is a perfect winter comfort food Mushroom are rich in vitamin D B complex vitamin antioxidants and beta glucans which help streng then imunity. This soup keeps the body Warm improve digestion and provides longlasting energy during cold weather.

Detailed Step by Step Making Proces of Mushroom Soup

Step 1: Heating the Butter

I placed cooking pot on medium flame aded 2 teaspoon of buter. Once the buter melted completely it start releasing rich aroma Preparing the base of the Soup.step 1.jpeg

Step 2: Adding Garlic and Spices

Next I added choped garlic pinch of salt black & white pepper Paprika powder and mixed Spices . I stirred gently to avoid Burning and let the Spices bloom in buter.step 2.jpeg

Step 3: Sautéing Mushroom

I added chopped mushrooms into the pot sautéed them well. Mushroom Start releasing Moisture and absorbed the butery spice flavors beautifuly.step 3.jpeg

Step 4: Adding Vegetables

Chopped celery leaves and purple cabbage were added Next. These vegetables enhance the nutrition and gave a mild Crunch and freshnes to the Soup.step 4.jpeg

Step 5: Adjusting Seasoning

At this stage I adjust the salt and Spices acording to taste and stirre Continuously to Ensured even Coking.step 5.jpeg

Step 6: Adding Chicken

Finely chopped chicken was added and mixed thoroughly. I cooked it until the chicken change color and blended well with mushroom and vegetable.step 6.jpeg

Step 7: Adding Water & Stock

I poured 5 cups of water and added one chicken stock cube. The mixture was stirre well and allowed to boil forming a flavorful broth.step 7.jpeg

Step 8: Flavor Enhancement

I added a small Amount of choped garlic again to intensify the Aroma taste of the soup.step 8.jpeg

Step 9: Boiling the Soup

The soup was left to boil on medium flame until all ingredients became soft and flavor fuly developed.step 9.jpeg

Step 10: Adding Milk

Once the soup was well cooked I added 1 cup of Fresh milk which gaved the Soup a rich Creamy texture.step 10.jpeg

Step 11: Continuous Stirring

I stirred the soup continuously to ensure the milk blend Smoothly without Curdling.step 11.jpeg

Step 12: Thickening the Soup

I prepared a slurry by Mixing 3 tea poon of corn flour With water and Slowly added it to the soup while stirring.step 12.jpeg

Step 13: Creamy Consistency

After a few minutes the soup thick nicely and achieve smooth Creamy Conistency.step 13.jpeg

Serving

Finally I served the soup hot and garnish it with black Peper. It was comforting creamy & perfect for winter evening.This mushroom soup turned out delicious nutritious and warming. It is an excelent choice for winter and can be enjoyed as a light meal or starter
