Soy alkaloids attach to your estrogen neurotransmitters

in #soy7 years ago (edited)

I made a post about this a while back and I received hostile, un-researched, parroted arguments. Today it crossed my mind. So as always, I'm rattling on about it. Why not it is my Facebook(steemit), right?

Soy alkaloids attach to your estrogen neurotransmitters. That is an undisputed fact in science, not with the MSM or SJW's. So, no it doesn't raise your natural estrogen, it just mocks it. People argue that doesn't influence them. Obviously, they parrot the MS narrative. Ask yourself this, if you drink coffee can you feel the caffeine alkaloids? If you answered yes, you need to analyze why your mind thinks soy has no effect. You will realize you have no facts other than being told, "your food is safe". You will have no real justification, and should start to realize it was a manifested lie your brain, through repetition, made truth.

Soy is to be eaten after it has fermented, like the Asians do it. Unfermented soy is not a food, it is a drug or call it a supplement. It is no different than passion flower or dandelion root. All of them are plants with ACTIVE alkaloids. Soy just has alkaloids that mimic estrogen.

Adam, are you saying soy is bad? No, not at all. Just know what you are doing, what you are eating. If you don’t think it to be wise to down a bottle of White Willow Bark, I wouldn’t advise eating food that is 30 percent unfermented soy. If you want to, this is America, you have the right.
