They are throwing signals to measure distance to earth . So here they come .
Type II by scale controls energy of the stars , so... i think it's better for us to hit the road . I mean right now .
If they were trying to measure the distance to Earth, they'd use a concentrated beam rather than an beacon, and the energy level would be acceptable for a Type I civilization.
