Café colado, ¡una maravilla del universo!
Soy Venezolana y amo el café negro colado tradicional, te enseñaré como hacerlo PASO A PASO.
Mínimo tomo café una vez al día, siento un tanto diferente el sabor del café cuando se hace en una cafetera o greca y prefiero colarlo, es tradición venezolana que en las casas antiguas exista un colador o media.
¿Cómo preparar café colado?
Paso 1: Ponerle el café a el colador (medida: una cucharada y media de café en polvo por cada taza de agua).
Paso 2: Medir la cantidad de agua y poner a hervir (lo mides con las tazas de café que vallas a preparar).
Paso 3: Cuando el agua hierva, la hechas con cuidado en el colador.
Paso 4: Disfrutar el aroma, servir, ponerle azuzar (si la desea, yo lo tomo amargo) y degustar.
