Sábados De Comida | El Picante De La Casa.
Hola, hola a todos mis estimados lectores de esta plataforma, espero este pasando un grandioso fin de semana, Empecemos.
En esta ocasión estaremos realizando una salsa picante que sin duda servirá para degustar en nuestras sopas e incluso carne que preparemos.
Ingredientes:
- Botella de Vidrio Con Tapa.
- 350 ml de Agua.
- 40 ml de Aceite.
- Ajis Picante.
- Una Cucharadita de Azúcar.
- Dos Cucharaditas de Sal.
- Olla Pequeña.

Preparación:
Primer Paso:
Empezaremos vertiendo toda el agua en la olla pequeña, seguidamente del aceite, luego agregaremos las dos cucharaditas de sal y por ultimo la cucharadita de azúcar. Y así procederemos a montar esto a cocinar y dejar que hierva por unos 7 minutos. De allí apagamos y dejamos reposar.

Segundo Paso:
Seguidamente, procedemos a picar los ajís en la forma que mejor nis guste y los introduciremos en la botella. Para así vertir toda nuestra mezcla hervida en la botella.

Y listo, tapamos y a nuestra "Salsa Picante" solo le quedaría esperar de 10 a 15 días para así ser degustada de mejor manera.
