Here come more ESPN Layoffs. Let me tell you why. Politics.
Oh boy, another exciting event on ESPN. Wait, its more layoffs. An approximated 80 million dollars in company costs are coming off the books, including your favorite ESPN analyst.
I have thought about this for awhile now, as I was once a full time ESPN watcher myself. Now, it better be Monday night football or the occasional basketball, baseball game. What happened was, ESPN forgot who their audience was. Since the election we have done nothing but felt the obvious politic views of ESPN, covering Colin Kaepernick closer than the Aaron Hernandez story. Here's the thing. How many males do you know 18-54 who want to argue over kneeling?, or they want to argue over what team is better? Its simple. I truly think its great that everyone on the network now is able to promote their political views. But guess what, us the viewers would like some sports! Men do not want to listen to highly sensitive people talk about non sport issues? I mean how hard of a concept is that to understand?
Cheers! Lets just hope ESPN gets replaced by Barstool.
