How to Be a Pro at Prevention 🛡️
You don't have to be a doctor to help your child stay safe. Here are three easy wins:
- Gear Up: Make sure that helmet fits perfectly and those shin guards are actually on!
- Warm Up: A good stretch and a light jog prepare the body for the intensity to come.
- Listen to the Body: Teach your kids that there is a big difference between "good tired" and "this actually hurts."
The goal is to keep them playing the game they love for as long as possible. Play hard, play smart, and most importantly—have fun!

I love the emphasis on listening to the body, it's a crucial aspect of injury prevention that parents often overlook. Encourages kids to develop healthy habits 🏋️♀️💪😊
