OFFICIAL: Sam Allardyce Leave Everton
Everton confirmed that manager Sam Allardyce has officially split with the club after the 2017/18 season.
Allardyce took The Toffes out of the threat of relegation and finished eighth in the Premier League final standings this season, whereas he has been on duty for less than seven months at Goodison Park.
But his future there begins to gray when the season campaign enters the final stage.
Reports say Everton fans do not like the philosophy of coaching and the manager is furious with the management attitude that reorganizes the club structure without involving himself.
The news of the breakup is confirmed live by Everton on Wednesday (16/5) and after this they will soon find a new tactical tactician.
"On behalf of the chairman, club council and masters [owner of the club, Farhad] Moshiri, I thank Sam for the task that has been run at Everton for the last seven months.Sam came facing a challenge to bring stability to the club and we are grateful he was able to do it , "said Denise Barrett-Baxendale as CEO of Everton.
"It's just that we've made the decision, which is a long-term plan, we will appoint a new manager this summer and start this process as soon as possible.Again, we would like to thank Sam for his work for us over the last few months and expecting the best of his future. "
Former Watford boss Marco Silva is at the forefront to replace Allardyce. While a number of other names such as Paulo Fonseca, Louis van Gaal and Arsene Wenger are also associated with the post.
