WORLD CUP: BELGIUM - TUNISIA PREVIEW
Today one of the teams with potential to win the title is facing a team, that is likely not gonna get a point in this group. Belgium has crushed Panama 3-0 in their first match even though they did put up a good resistance. On the other side, Tunisia got shocked with a fast goal against England in the first 10 minutes and then lost in the last minute 2:1, with Kane scoring his second of the night. This should be a one-sided match as Belgium has proven how well they can play both in offense and defense.
BELGIUM:
Even though a 3-0 game, looks like an easy game it was far from it. Panama, as expected put on a great effort, but Belgium attackers found ways to get behind the defense later in the game. I expect the same today. The way Belgium is playing right now, I don't think anyone in their group can stop them, especially not Tunisia. It was just beautiful to watch the team chemistry of the black, yellow and red and how fast things can change if you give them a little space.
TUNISIA:
They started slow against England, getting that quick goal from the 2nd shot in the box, while the defenders didn't clear out the ball after the first goalkeeper save. They got back in the second half to 1:1. Again the concentration wasn't there until the last minute and so they got punished. Their first goalkeeper also got injured, so I'm not surprised if he doesn't start today. England was surprisingly good and strong, but the comparison doesn't come even close to what they'll be facing today. If a player like Kane can score twice, imagine what Belgium's '' 3 or 4 Kane's '' can do the African defense in this game. I just don't see how this team can defend against the attack like this. Yes, there was a bunch of surprised this year, I just don't see that happening here.
PICK: BELGIUM -1.5 (PINNACLE SPORTS - ODD: @2.18/+118)
I'm not trying to underestimate the African team, they can be quite dangerous at times and put up a good fight in defense, but for how long? England was lucky to have scored in the last minute. Belgium will put much more pressure on the defensive lines and there won't be a lot of ''penalty'' possibilities when it comes to Tunisia's offense, not to mention the injury of the first goalkeeper. Things don't look promising here. So I would put the -1.5 handi a bit lower if I was in the bookies position. But nevertheless Belgium just needs 3 points, so a 1-0 win here could do it, but they should win by 2 goals here for sure.
