I'm a little surprised that steemit does not have a "collection/collectible" or a "hobby/hobbies" tag! However, I decided to do a little post about my favorite hobby currently. If you have seen my previous posts, you know without a doubt that sports are very near and dear to my heart, and I am going to share another avenue of this with you guys today.

When I was a boy, I like many other young boys, would buy a pack of baseball cards as often as I was able at the grocery store and rip them open, excited to find base cards of my favorite players and teams. Imagine my excitement when I would pull a small retail hit such as a game used jersey or bat relic!

I still have my very first jersey relic I ever pulled, a red swash from Johnny Damon's 2004 jersey, and although its only worth 1$ to 5$ bucks, I doubt I'll ever part with it. That being said, I'd like to show off a few of the better cards I have collected over the years in the images below. players and cards as well! Please tell me about any of your favorite players/cards and let me know which ones you like best. And check out the link to my ebay store here to see which ones I currently have for sale.

A nice graded auto of the emerging Magic star Aaron Gordon!

This is one of my favorite cards as it is close to being a holy grail. A 1/1 autograph of Nolan Ryan! That means that only one of these cards was autographed and guaranteed authentic by Topps.

Another almost holy grail of hockey, but not quite as rare, this dual auto is of two of the greatest hockey players to ever play! Only 75 of these cards were made and will usually cost upwards of three hundred dollars.

The great Lou Brock! Not as rare, but Lou has one of the prettiest athlete signatures.

A peek at my vintage collection, this is one of Willie Mays later cards, but still a very cool card to have.
