Seven Kings, Two Kingdoms: Who Should Relinquish the Crown?
There is currently an atmosphere of uncertainty at football’s most successful club in Spain, Real Madrid. When you look at the frontline of the Spanish club, you see nothing but huge talents about to be wasted if nothing concrete is done about it.
Eden Hazard, Rodrygo Goes, Vinicius Junior, Marco Asensio, Gareth Bale, Lucas Vasquez and Brahaim Diaz are all vying for two spots of both wings in the team. You get a feeling of perplexity asking yourself why these talents are not seeking for a way out of that red zone before they waste away but make no mistake in forgetting which team we are referring to here, yeah, the Almighty Real Madrid Football Club, dream of every player.
Amongst the aforementioned players, Eden Hazard and Rodrygo Goes are new recruits sought after to add experience, flair and effectiveness to the flanks while other players couldn’t give the board what they demanded last season.
Hazard is sure to have a starting berth position but same cannot be said of the other six.
Question marks remain on the head of Welsh winger Gareth Bale who is reported to have insisted on staying at the club despite coach Zinedine Zidane wanting his departure.
There is also another reason the club are seeking to cash a good amount on the winger after spending huge to bring him over to the Bernabeu and as such are seeking for good buyers.
Vinicius Junior who was the brightest spot for Real Madrid on the wings last season is expected to get a chance to prove himself again this coming season while Rodrygo Goes is expected to play with the Castilla team.
Brahaim Diaz is reported to be getting prepared for a loan deal by the club but counter reports is stating Zidane would definitely need his versatility at some point in the season. So no loan deal for Diaz means he is very likely to come up from the bench for much of the season provided other players stay fit. That leaves us with the uncertain eventuality of Marco Asensio and Lucas Vasquez.
Marco Asensio was once considered a very bright prospect few years ago as he tormented keepers with his rocket of a left foot and positions well to score knockout goals to both big and small teams alike.
Coach Zinedine Zidane so much has faith in this youngster and it looks like that faith would remain because there isn’t any news linking him away from the Bernabeu but we might receive the shock of our lives as it happened with Mesut Ozil in 2013.
Ever consistent ad reliable Lucas Vasquez might not possess the flair of Eden Hazard or Vinicius Junior, the speed of Gareth Bale, the versatility of Brahaim Diaz or the rocket foot of Asensio but he is very much reliable to put in his heart and soul just to make sure his team get that much needed win and that is the major reason why the Spaniard is still considered part of the project next season without any news linking him away from the Bernabeu.
Real Madrid have an oversized squad currently that needs to be trimmed down by five players and definitely one, two, three or even four of these seven kings might have to relinquish the crown for the two kingdoms to survive without war or they can just come up with a great plan to rule together which is very much unlikely considering what power can do.
Whichever is the case, we look forward to seeing the outcome before the transfer window closes.

Exactly my point
Real Madrid is among the strongest teams but in the last year perhaps the departure of Ronaldo has influenced the stability of the team that does not have a real point of reference, as was the same Ronaldo.
I agree.
Let's keep our fingers crossed.

True
Assensio had the added advantage of being capable of playing in Central/attacking midfield so that will be count in his favour.
I suspect Hazard and Bale will own the starting positions then alterations will be made later. The attack is still way behind what is available at Barcelona though
good players
